Sleepy Night is a simple sleep calculator by determining your optimal time to wake-up or go to bed.
An average person takes about 15 minutes to fall asleep. Each time you go to sleep, you will experience a series of sleep cycles with each lasting about 90 minutes. To ensure a good quality sleep, an average of 5 to 6 complete cycles is required.
This application calculates the ideal time for you to snooze and waking up refreshed the next day. The calculations are based on scientific studies which shows that human sleep in a pattern of cycles and the best time to wake up is at the end of each cycle.
This simple app allows you to:
- Set your desired waking up time by recommending the ideal time for you to sleep
- Set your desired sleeping time and suggests your ideal waking up time
- Set alarm directly from the app
