Niagara Health Navigator 1.1.5

The Niagara Health Navigator is a made-in-Niagara digital solution that will put patients at the centre of their care by empowering users to manage their own health information from the convenience of a mobile device.

Release 1.1 builds on our successful launch by adding five apps with new healthcare content, including: Mental Health and Addictions services and support, Know your care options in Niagara, the Ontario Caregiver Association, updates on the South Niagara Project, and the Niagara Health Foundation. Niagara Health has also updated our COVID-19 Apps to provide patients and citizens with the most recent updates on COVID-19 as related to Niagara Health including case reporting on activity at the hospital. We have also provided an app to allow direct access to the Ministry of Ontario's self screening tool and lab results.

We encourage users to engage with the new content and provide your feedback to improve future releases of the Navigator.
