This is a general purpose survey app for service providers and subscribers. This is intended to be used by the patients who visit AKUH and its affiliated hospitals and the software vendors who provide services in terms of health informatics solutions. The purpose is to find out the internal and external customer experience in terms of quality and efficiency of healthcare services delivery.
