The event is an adventure, an endurance event, a 100km-long scenic buffet. The Vibram Tarawera Ultra is a 102, 87 or 62km trail ultra. distance run from Rotorua to Kawerau, New Zealand. Along way you'll pass through exotic forestry, native bush, lakes, waterfalls and follow a beautiful river. Most of the run is on single track trails or forestry roads. You can compete as a solo athlete or in a relay team.
