Insurance Complaints and Licensing System

The Insurance Authority (IA) is the government entity in United Arab Emirates responsible for regulating and monitoring the Insurance Sector while protecting the rights of the insured.

Features:

* Automated Insurance Licensing Systems: allowing more than 500 different Insurance companies and related professions to manage their licenses and comply with IA’s law and regulations.

* Insurance Complaints: enabling the insurer to register complaints against the insurance companies and allowing IA staff to manage those cases.

2 الشكاوى التأمينة: تمكين المؤمن لتسجيل الشكاوى ضد شركات التأمين والسماح لموظفي الهيئة لإدارة تلك الحالات.
