The Channel Calculator is a designer, a calculator, and an order platform all-in-one. This tool configures onsite installations for pipes, air ducts, and cable trays. It is also possible to do custom designs.

Choose your application
Select your application in the first screen and follow the steps as they guide you towards an installation solution with a material list of the products needed to complete the solution.

Design
Design your application using all relevant parts and reflecting all necessary dimensions.

Calculate
Once the material list is complete, calculate it to see the stress and deflection utilization percentages. Then choose an approved channel which is in order to complete the configuration,

Order
The final configuration can be sent by email to one of your colleagues or to a Hilti professional who can help you finalize the design. Final designs can also be sent to Hilti online shop cart for purchase.
