FieldMaster Installer is a business application that empowers mobile technicians who are using the Trimble FieldMaster Logs to streamline the installation process involving hardware and software for in-vehicle use.
The FieldMaster Installer allows mobile technicians to:
• Install and test sensors in a vehicle
• Ensure sensor is communicating with Android device
• Test GPS and Cellular connectivity
• Test Vehicle Bus connection
• Change the sensor type
• Add or find vehicle with new or existing VIN
• Modify vehicle label, make, model, year
• Change the Odometer setting in the sensor
• Communicate vehicle information back to server
• Associate vehicle with sensor
• Send installation event back to server
• Show installation history to mobile technician
