We want to offer something modern and fast to replace the long waits and cost of the physical delivery methods of QSL cards. Our system is a hybrid that uses the digital infrastructure to deliver the cards through third-party printing services using network-connected printers selected by the user. At eBabel the user have to print his/her incoming QSLs in order to get the confirmation ID necessary to confirm the process. When both stations retrieved their cards codes in combination with the PIN number (electronic signature) to the system, the QSO is confirmed.

That is for the common exchange between stations. In the case of expeditions and special event stations we offer another mechanism. Base on the fact that eBabel use logs blind match we use a one-way confirmation method to expeditions and special event stations. In order to set the account we need the documentation to verify the event. Once the logs are submitted the matches QSOs generates the QSLs automatically to the recipient’s account. The users will receive the event card (hi-res image) with the unique ID code to confirm. The recipient prints and retrieves the code to the system and the entire process is confirmed.
