 Virtual EMDR 1.0

What is Virtual EMDR?

The Virtual EMDR Program is a complete, online EMDR Eye Movement Therapy Program specifically designed to use at-home and online either with or without the guidance of a Therapist.

Virtual EMDR can be used to eliminate Unwanted Emotions like Depression, Anger, Anxiety or Low Self-Esteem, stop Symptoms of Trauma and PTSD from Sexual and Physical Abuse, end disturbing Thoughts and Flashbacks linked to being a Victim of a Crime, Survivor of Domestic Violence, or experiencing Accidents and Natural Disasters, shorten Grieving Time after a Loss, and remove Fears and Phobias. And our EMDR Addictions Program is specifically designed to help break the cycle and eliminate Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Sex and Love Addiction, Gambling, or Compulsive Behaviors like Binge Eating.

Virtual EMDR app is an audio stimulation tool that uses simple tones to stimulate your nervous system and also the left and right hemispheres of your brain.

This simple, audio-only meditation tool can be used to help restore a sense of calm when you feel stressed, emotionally overwhelmed, or even when you are having an addictive urge and want to distract your brain from thoughts about using.

A short session can go a long way in helping you to get relaxed and change your focus.

Anytime you feel overwhelmed or need a time out from your day, you can do a session. Even multiple sessions in one day.

There’s no wrong way to use Bi-Beats Meditation.
Just take some time out, relax, and enjoy!
