An app for managing pre-race wind trainer warm up sessions for one or more cyclists.
A list of warm up programs can be developed and used. Programs consist of one or more steps of a given duration and intensity, with optional comments and thoughts to be shared with the athletes as they pass through that stage of the warm up.
Intensity can be defined in terms of heart rate, power output and cadence, and also personalized to individual max heart rate and FTP settings.
Actual values from bluetooth sensors can be displayed during a training session if desired.
A sequence of selected steps can be repeated easily within the program.
Warm up programs can be edited at any time, and shared with other users of the app via email or text message.
