To achieve this SANTS provides all prospective and practicing teachers with access, in their communities, to world class initial and continuous professional teacher development programmes to ensure they succeed in both their studies and careers.

Through living and breathing our Mission Statement we endeavour to be responsive to the needs of the people we serve. We believe that through our contribution we are positioned to enhance efforts by government to eradicate poverty, ignorance and inequality in all our communities.
