 WillowRail - Lite 1.0

Know your world.

Diagnose and restore rail network interruptions, on-the-go. From down-time to up-time, in no-time. The Willow Rail app connects rail workers with operators, providing the flexibility of mobile network maintenance.
As the first of its kind, known to the rail industry, the Willow Rail app is readily available for on-site fault recovery and restoration. Defined incident type, asset history, condition and context (all accessible by the app) ensures maintenance workers arrive on the scene with every specification required to expedite equipment/network restoration.
Rail workers arrive acutely prepared for the job at hand and rail operators are kept in sync on any user activity, via push notifications, incident location alerts and estimated time to restoration. All in real-time, all remotely updated via the app.
With easy access to historical logs and workflows, the Willow Rail App takes the hassle out of manual maintenance callouts. With the ability to take a photo, update the asset condition and populating the prompted fields, this allows the rail worker to report on incidents quickly and with accuracy. Once being worked on, workflow tickets are automatically updated for clear visibility by operators no matter where they are.
Paired with the Willow Rail Desktop experience, the Willow Rail App compacts generations of rail expertise and knowledge into one app for smoother network operation, maintainability, and performance.
