SEEM application allows task owner to publish his task and specify task description, name, location and its price, in return this task will be showed to the experts, The expert who is qualified enough can apply for the appropriate task.

A conversation starts between both parties and when they reach an agreement, job owner can accepts expert. After finishing the task, Task QR Code is scanned by expert as a confirmation of task accomplishment, then each party will rate the other as this rating will appears to other users in the future.
