CSmile is the mobile app component of the Deltapath Video Contact Center which enables enterprise customers to take incoming calls from the public and provide live video assistance, chat with agents, talk in high definition voice, and push agent's computer screen to customer at the same time.

This version of CSmile allows you to connect with Deltapath's Video Contact Centre. You may speak to our Solution Experts to design a Unified Communications solution that fits your organisation's needs. Customers who is a subscriber of one of the Deltapath's Care Programs, may speak to our technical support specialists to get support for your systems. If you have questions on billing or other comments, you may reach out to our Customer Service advocate.
