Similar to the Virtual Doorman® Interactive Web Portal™, this one-of-a-kind mobile app allows residents to remotely manage their account and perform tasks such as inputting authorization for guests and visitors, scheduling package deliveries, request maintenance and report building related problems quickly and easily.
Virtual Doorman® On-the-Go™ lets you stay connected with your building and manage your account on the go. Once click connects you to your Virtual Doorman® by email or phone. You can even quickly and easily call or email your building owner, manager or superintendent to get information, report a problem. With this app, residents always have the resources to resolve anything they need, as quickly as possible. Users can even upload photos of authorized guests and more—right from their iPhone.
