The Fussy Vegan Pro app was developed by the creators of the Fussy Vegan website and apps as a way to easily check if a product is vegan or not. All products in our database have been comprehensively checked by a human to ensure that our vegan status rating is accurate for each product, additive and ingredient in our database. We do not rely on user input to work out the vegan status of a product. We also contact the manufacturer where possible to verify the source of additives that can be both animal and plant derived.
