Provide the amount of cash required based on the tenure or loan to value (LTV) option. Provide the payment amount (cash/cpf) during the initial stage and payment or amount disbursed at different stages.

- Basic Loan Calculator. Based on different type of Loans (HLE, HDB Bank loan, EC, Private), by providing the different options (purchase price, loan, tenure, interest, monthly payment, monthly income), the app will calculate the respective fields automatically. The app will also provide amortisation, charting and prepayment information.

- EC/HDB. Calculate resale levy, provide latest CPF housing grant information (Sep 2019), maximum CPF usage and sale proceeds (May 2019).

- Stamp Duty. Calculate Rental, Residential, Mortgage and Seller Stamp duty (Mar 2017).

- Pledge/Unpledge, Decoupling, Term Loan, Rental Yield (Gross/Net), ROI

- Saved Profiles. Allow user to access data in the cloud - retrieve, store and sync the data across multiple devices in realtime under the same account.
