"CNCBI Token" is a new security authentication mobile App from CNCBI which will bring to you brand new experience on secure banking transaction.

Once activated, you can use CNCBI Token as Two-factor Authentication to complete the following transactions:

1. Create Fund Transfer template for transferring to non-registered accounts

2. Create Bill Payment template for paying to specific merchants

3. Change Email Address

4. Access Securities Trading Service

5. Increase Daily Transaction Limits

How it works

After you submitted the above transactions via CITICmobile or i-banking, a push notification will be sent to your mobile phone with the activated CNCBI Token.

You can tap on the push notification or open CNCBI Token to review transaction detail, and enter the password of CNCBI Token to confirm the transactions.
