Battle of All Nations is a conquer-all-the-things 4X turn-based grand strategy wargame. Your goal is to become the most powerful nation in the world through economics, nation building, diplomacy, and of course outright warfare. There are a whole slew of resources to gather and trade and military units to assemble and train.

You begin the game as the leader of a small nation and must venture into neighbouring areas, gathering resources by building quarries and lumberyards. In the modern scenarios these are replaced by alternatives such as oil refineries and factories. You can enhance cities by improving their defences and constructing new buildings to develop commerce and widen the range of available military units. Income is dependent on the size and the happiness of your population. You can also use the market to buy and sell resources.

Battle of All Nations features an expansive single-player mode where it’s you against the rest of the world, played by a competent AI, as well as a multiplayer mode where you can compete or cooperate.
