- Lifestyle Information (new): Free C+ channel provides you with live horse racing, latest weather information, currency exchange rates as well as emergency contact information that can be helpful to cope with urgent situations in and out of town.
- Shop (new look): Brings you a new shopping experience. With just a simple click, you can access our latest offers for mobiles, mobile accessories, prepaid cards and subscription plans
- Information Query: You can check our product news and latest promotions, service guides, Wi-Fi hotspots, shop locations, roaming details, services fees and prepaid card info, etc.
- Manage Account: Service plan subscribers can access their account info, call & data usage, detailed call records. Prepaid card users can access their account info, check account balance, validity period, and bonus call credit.
- Online Payment: You can pay bills or refill prepaid cards by electronic payment.
- Manage Service: Service plan subscribers can apply or terminate different value-added services. Designated service plan subscribers can buy and sell data through ‘2cm exChange Market’.
- Check Roaming Info: In ‘Roaming Manager’, service plan subscribers can check different roaming service details such as roaming coverage, charges, tips, information and use speed dial to make IDD, local or roaming calls.
