ART Adherence Calculator 4.4

Adherence in Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) is extremely important for viral suppression and survival of patient. Adherence is thus an important component in counselling when PLHIV is being prepared for ART and when PLHIV visits counsellor each time for refill. It has been noticed that counsellor make mistake while calculating it manually due to six steps are involved in correct calculation. Paper based charts were prepared in the program, but they could not capture all the steps and multiple charts needed to be prepared considering variety in regiment and duration of prescription. This application will provide accurate adherence percentage in few seconds time.
