Your text will be reversed simply so that any random person couldn't read it. You can reverse it word by word, full text or substitute a letter in place of another.
This app also has an advanced 3 level encryption feature which uses a key (or password which you enter) to create an encrypted text which can be decrypted only with the given key. The key is not stored anywhere.
