JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manage Customer Equipment Mobile Smartphone allows the field service engineers to search for and view characteristics for customer's equipment with the ability to update equipment information, add notes,  add photos. Additionally they can update the equipment status and see core dates, view a map of the site, and see whether work orders are allowed or meter readings are required.

These applications leverage functionality from the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Service Management system.
