Communicator 2.1

Cartrack’s mobile Communicator application, provides Cartrack’s existing fleet customers with the means to communicate and assign tasks to their users/drivers who have an Android device with the Coomunicator application installed. The application can be effectively used in transport and delivery type industries. Task management and messaging is integrated with the fleet website and occurs in real time, allowing you to manage your fleet more efficiently and effectively. Multiple steps can be created within a task and the whole process can be managed with generic task states which have been created. The application's look and feel can be customised within limits to fit in with your company branding. A user can additionally capture a photo which is related to a particular task or step and attach it accordingly.

The task that has been assigned to a device running the app can be individually managed by user by setting up their own preference for the Task expiry age as well as Task reminder interval. A task and message notification tone can also be selected by the user.

A very easy to use interface makes it very simple for a user/driver to use the app.
