Secom Personal is activated in times of distress or threat by either shaking or tapping the screen of your smartphone. Upon activation, your smartphone immediately sends an alert notification to Secom's Alarm Response Centre and designated emergency contacts via SMS. Simultaneously, a short video and audio clip, along with your exact location, is then sent to the Secom 's Alarm Response Centre . Our highly trained Alarm Response operatives will analyse this information, contacting you, your emergency contacts and, when necessary, the emergency services in order to ensure your safety.
