About us:

We are a social club, dedicated to promoting multi-sport activities in the central Virginia Area.
We promote the ideals of multisport activities across all levels from first- time "newbie" athletes and recreational age group athletes to elite age group and open division athletes.

Our club has had members participanting in triathlons and duathlons around the world including the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, World Duathlon Championships, Gold Coast ITU Triathlon World Championships in Australia, and Xterra World Championships in Maui, Hawaii as well as member participation at many local and regional races.
