ecosystem.
Komodo dragons sometimes capture live prey by hiding and ambushing, although

the source of its food is mainly carrion.
Komodos have adequate sight and hearing but rely more on olfaction to detect

potential prey.



Komodo has a long yellowish-colored tongue and sharp teeth.
Komodo has a round muzzle, strong legs, and a muscular tail. They have

territory but rarely fight to defend it.
Komodo dragons season usually lasts during July and August. In September,

females dug soil to lay eggs that could amount to 30 eggs.
