This simple app helps you in tracking your medical information like check-up details, appointments, diagnostic tests and their reports. A separate drug form has been given for recording the name and quantity of the medicines as prescribed by your physician.

Medication log sheets: Add and edit details of your medicines like date, dosage times, quantities, etc. Provision has also been given for you to add any special instructions alongside.
