GriefSteps for Parents is a free, easily accessible mobile and web-based resource with useful information and activities for bereaved families. The program is designed to help families understand grief and to build parents' confidence in effectively supporting their grieving children.

GriefSteps for Parents was created by the Center for Complicated Grief at Columbia University School of Social Work with funding support from the New York Life Foundation. Through the program you can connect with our team of grief specialists who are knowledgeable about grief in adults and children and can answer questions and respond to comments.
