For those clients who logistically or financially are unable to work face-to-face with a Personal Trainer may wish to achieve their goals through an online program.

► Access to your own profile on our BFunctional App where all of your training programs, nutrition plan and progress reports will be stored.
► Bespoke training plans with all of the necessary information including video tutorials of how to perform your exercises.
► Nutritional advice and plans completely customised to your energy requirements and goals.
► 24/7 communication for any questions you may have regarding your journey to success.
► Monthly calls/meet-ups with your selected PT to discuss your progress and any issues you may be having. This is our chance to motivate you and keep you working hard towards your goal (optional extra).
