"Wo Hui" means "I can" because we genuinely believe that you can learn to speak and write Mandarin Chinese!

We enable you to get to your chosen destination by breaking your journey down into single, uncomplicated steps.

To make your journey as easy and your progress as fast as possible, we provide you with two pathways to your destination: one for speaking and one for writing. For speaking, we sequence the words by how often they occur; for writing, we sequence the characters in order of simplicity.

You will learn how to say or write a new character and combine it with others to unlock longer words and phrases. With Wo Hui Mandarin, your Mandarin ability will increase exponentially. Continually reusing what you have learned ensures that you do not forget it and you grow in both confidence and fluency.

We want to make Chinese accessible to everyone. To do that, we are using technology to do things that were not previously possible. We're still refining the processes - in particular, some of the combinations of characters that we are generating are not very useful even though they are grammatically accurate. But we are sharing what we have so far because we hope you'll be as excited about where we're going as we are, and we'd really value your feedback as we continue to develop the app.
