This app will learn you how to perform Basic Life Support (BLS) with or without the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The app contains instructional videos with on-screen text or audio and has been developed for use in a peer learning environment: while one learner is performing BLS or AED, the other learner is watching the video and providing his or her partner with constant performance-related feedback. The app also has an assessment module to check your partner’s competence in BLS and/or AED.

The app has been developed for laypeople as well as professionals in the domain of health care and is evidence-based.
