Conferences 1.1.1

This app is an interactive guide to a conference or series of events. Use it with a conference code given to you by the organiser - or set up your own conference.

The Conferences app replaces the need for a printed programme. The programme can be updated by the organisers and they can send you important notification messages.

The app shows the programme for the events in the chosen conference, with the home screen updating to show the current and next events. The app gets time zones right, so if your phone is on UK time but you are attending a conference in New York, it displays the forthcoming events correctly.

You can configure My Conference with the presentations or events that you want to attend. You can add events to your phone calendar.


For events that have booking links or linked papers, you can click to see those in your browser. If voting is enabled, you can vote for the best paper in each session.

The conference organiser will have configured a feedback screen and set up information pages such as Directions, Sponsors and About the conference.

The app does not store any personally identifiable information, unless you send a Feedback message to the organisers.
