Whether you teach one class or several, the attendance feature allows you to quickly note who is present and absent. Set the default to present and simply click on the seating chart or roster to indicate which students are not in class. There is no limit to the number of students or classes that can be entered.

Want to create a seating plan for your own reference or a substitute's? Classroom Seating and Attendance allows you to enter the length and width of your classroom, arrange desks in rows or groups and size them to scale. Customize the desks by adding students' names or photos. Use both and your substitutes will love you!

Student desks are not the only feature that can be included in the layout. The teacher’s desk, bookcases, carts, chairs, cubbies, filing cabinets, lecterns, easels, all shapes of tables and even globes can be added and sized to scale. All can be rotated and moved to any spot in the classroom. This is perfect for remembering where to place your furniture as you set up your classroom at the beginning of the year or for showing custodians where to place things for you.
