The National Grid Group Crisis Management Framework (GCMF) continues to provide a valuable source of reference, outlining the generic Crisis Management concepts that we employ at National Grid, whilst also providing a gateway, through which our staff can activate our key systems and processes, whenever they might be required. It is a blend of theoretical concepts and practical tools that if used, in a well-rehearsed and developed manner, should aid an effective response.
