UofSC Parents Programs 1.0.4

In recognition of the critical role parents play in their students’ college success, the University of South Carolina’s Office of Parents Programs partners with parents and families to educate them about the resources available to support their students’ growth and success. This app is intended to provide easy access to those resources, as well as reminders of upcoming deadlines and events, contact information for UofSC campus partners, and general UofSC news.

Goals of the Office of Parents Programs
1. Focusing on customer service, communicate with parents of undergraduate students to educate them about the resources available to support their students’ success and growth.
2. Coordinate events for parents to learn more about campus resources while meeting other families and university staff.
3. Support the functions of the Parents Advisory Council, which is a group of parents invited to assist the university with student recruitment and fundraising.
4. Raise money for the Parents Annual Fund, which provides funding to support Dinner Dialogues and other projects selected each year that directly benefit students.
