Survey Kiosk

Survey Kiosk provides a simple way to collect information from your customers. The app starts with the Standard Survey but can be customized as needed.
To see the collected data, go to the 'Files' app in the iPad. Look under SurveyKiosk folder for the surveydata.txt file. You can then send it to you favorite reporting tool or spreadsheet for calculations and charting trends.
