The Stratusolve customer experience app allows Stratusolve customers to monitor their solution environments and get notified when a specific environment experiences issues.
The app is intended for Stratusolve customers only. Customers can login and view the web environments that we host for them to see if they are currently available or offline.
Anyone can register an account, but they will only be able to view their environments once we link their account to their organisation.
Users will receive a push notification when one of their environments go down as well as when it recovers.
