IS Live Messaging 1.1.1

The IS Live Messaging application allows technicians, customer service representatives, or other employees to communicate with their customers through text messages using a shared company phone number. There is also an internal chat system for messaging between employees.

To use this application your company must be a client of Innovative Systems and be configured in the Live Messaging desktop application.
