The IBM Digital Assistant application allows IBM's customers to identify and digitally interact with key subject matter experts within IBM through a variety of mediums.

Key features:

• Search and find key contacts working on your account.
• Add frequently used contacts as favourites.
• Recommend or say thanks to IBMers who've helped you out.
• Interact with IBMers through a variety of methods including call, text, email, Live Chat and video calls.
• Create and send Live Chats to a group of users.
• Receive important announcements from IBMers.
• Keep track of all interactions made with IBMers.
