CSIRO Take Five 1.0.6

The purpose of this tool is to assist you to take 5 steps to assess your task and any hazards associated with the task:
• Stop and observe the scene
• Think about what you are trying to achieve
• Identify any hazards
• Plan a safe course of action
• Safely complete the task

Features include:
• Unlimited pre-task Take5 assessments
• Enforced controls to identified hazards
• Automated e-mails to yourself, your supervisor and Health and Safety representatives

How it works:
1) Choose ‘Begin’ to start Take 5 process; fill in your full name, description of task and locations of task and push ‘Start’
2) Save relevant e-mail addresses in the ‘Settings’ tab to receive automated e-mails
3) Review your saved tasks in ‘Save Take 5’ tab
