This app is a part of RAY Remote Assistance solution.
This application is a companion for users of "RAY solutions for the blind and visually impaired".

If your visually impaired, family member or friend has a RAY device or a RAY application, you will be able to use this application and provide real-time remote support.

Features and Capabilities.

While you are talking to the visually impaired person over the phone, you can:
- You can see the remote device on a map with direction and location information - enabling you to provide instruction for moving around and getting to the desire destination safely.
- Get high resolution pictures from the remote RAY device - enabling you to read letters or identify different objects and describe it to your visually impaired companion.
- Get a real-time video stream from the remote device - enabling you to provide "remote eyes" services to your companion.
