Which data is displayed on the watch?

The distance and the direction* to a geocache.
* only possible if the watch has a compass

How does WearGo work?

- install WearGo on the phone and on the watch
- connect your phone to the watch
- add geocaches
- select a geocache
The data is then displayed on the watch.

How can geocaches be added?

- entering your own coordinates
- importing GPX files
- (optional) using the app Geocaching
- (optional) using the app c:geo
- (optional) using the app Locus Map

Why does the app only work in combination with a phone?

The GPS signal from the phone is used to calculate the distance to the geocache. The phone synchronizes the data with the watch.

Why isn't the watch's GPS sensor used?

The watch's GPS sensor consumes a lot of power. To extend the life of the watch, the GPS sensor of the phone is used (it may be supported in later releases)

What permissions are required?

Location: is needed to determine the own position and to calculate the distance to the geocache.

Internal storage (optional): required for importing GPX files
