Educating Leaders 2019, the AACOM Annual Conference is the largest event in the nation catered to osteopathic medical educators.

This year, AACOM explores hot topic “Big Data,” the very foundation of evidence-based decision-making, as the conference theme. Analyzing complex data sets provide critical insights into OME profession's trends and patterns and tells us meaningful stories about how students and residents learn. Not only can big data be used to predict student, faculty, and physician outcomes, it's also one of the emerging disruptors that will impact how we teach and learn—ultimately shaping the health care our students will provide to their patients.
