Press the «Spin» button. The player holding the device asks the player that the bottle landed on if they want Truth or Dare.
The player then proceeds with giving them a Truth or Dare depending on what they choose.
The Truth or Dare questioning will then proceed to be asked by the previous player to answer a Truth or Dare.
