The purpose of the Taiwan Oh My Guard App is to recruit volunteers with CPR skills as CPR bystander .Taipei City Fire Department’s dispatchers transmit message through this APP when receiving OHCA cases. This APP pushes notification to volunteers within specific scope allowing volunteers to reach the patient as soon as possible before the ambulance arrives.
