DM Care 糖訊通 1.6

“DM Care 糖訊通” app provides information about diabetes care including "Understanding Diabetes ", " Diabetes Care", "Daily Life" and "Companion", users can also enter personal DM data and information for record and analysis. In addition, users can set notification for measure mmol and the program will prompt alert in accordance with the setting.
(Note: This app is currently being promoted in New Territories East Cluster(NTEC) hospitals including Prince of Wales Hospital(PWH), Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital(AHNH) and North District Hospital(NDH). The user interface and content is only available in Chinese.)
