DDC-Care is an application for monitoring people who may infected by Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-2019). A user has to fill his/her health information in a daily self-screening form for 14 days to assess his/her risk of COVID-19 infection. The information collected by the application will be used by Thailand Department of Disease Control and authorized organizations for the purposes of screening, monitoring, treatment and disease control of COVID-19. The data collected will not be released to the public in a way that can identify an identity of a user.
