Y2Connect is designed to find health and other resources for young people in Baltimore.

Y2Connect is an initiative under Project Connect Baltimore. This project is led by a team dedicated to improving the health of adolescents and young adults in Baltimore City. The team includes the Johns Hopkins Center for Adolescent Health, Department of Pediatrics, and the Center for Community and Child Health Research. It is guided by a community advisory board consisting of Baltimore City community-based organizations and institutions.
