UN1T provides a combination of strength, cardio and mobility focused classes, all incorporating the concept of working as a UN1T. The devised program is effective, scientifically proven and focuses on maximising lean muscle and fat loss. Every 12 weeks, we cycle through 3 distinct training phases: Hypertrophy, Strength, and Power.
UN1T participants encourage, motivate and push their fellow members to get out of their comfort zones. Sessions are team-oriented, competitive and accessible to all! During each session our friendly and experienced coaches will put you through an athletic conditioning workout that is never repeated, delivering healthier minds and bodies.
We start the class together as a UN1T and train as 1 to complete the workout!
